Lastly, and in my own personal case, my images originally were appropriate linking and were of the expected quality, but I came in today and Outlook had decided to start embedding the image and had created a few files in the %AppData% directory where it was linking to lower quality versions of the images. We are also running into several users who are having the images embed by default rather thank link to the images that are hosted on our public facing website. We are running into many issues with the image quality degrading upon paste into outlook. We wrote a how-to doc for users to copy/paste and update the signature with their relevant information. We have an internal intranet that we use and just created an HTML page with the formatting for the signatures.
